Texas A&M will not only be playing in a Super Regional but hosting one as well. After getting a win over in-state rival TCU in the College Station Regional, the Aggies will be hosting Louisville for a spot in the College World Series in Omaha. Pringles will be there for the journey as well, with athletic director Ross Bjork showing off the latest delivery.

As most teams have been in college baseball, Texas A&M will have some fun after scoring a run. For the Aggies’ it’s been eating a few Pringles to celebrate. Players have been loading up on the popular snack brand in the dugout, waiting for the offense to explode.

On Monday afternoon, Bjork took to Twitter to reveal Pringles had reached out and sent a whole box worth of chips to Texas A&M. Pringles even got in on the fun and said “big things are happening” before the Super Regional begins on Friday.

If the Super Regional is anything like the College Station Regional, a lot of Pringles are going to be consumed. Texas A&M averaged 10.7 runs per game, with the final game of TCU producing 15 runs. On the flip side, Lousiville has been hitting the ball as well, getting nearing 10 runs a game. An offensive explosion should be coming this weekend.

The Aggies have appeared in the last three NCAA Tournaments but this is the first time they have advanced out of the regional. 2017 was also the last time Texas A&M made it to Omaha but they have never made it into the national championship season. With how good the bats have been for head coach Jim Schlossnagle, this will be as good as an opportunity the program has ever had.

Pringles will be there the entire way as well, munching away with each run scored.
