Texas A&M loses multiple starters for Florida game due to flu outbreak
The Texas A&M Aggies are looking to snap a massive losing skid right now, squaring off against the Florida Gators shortly. Unfortunately for the Aggies and head coach Jimbo Fisher, they will have to do it without some key players. Due to a flu outbreak amongst the team, Texas A&M will be without Bryce Anderson, Max Johnson, Conner Weigman, Ethan Moczulski, Kent Robinson and Kam Dewberry, per ESPN’s Pete Thamel. in this morning’s game against the Gators.
Weigman was reported early on to be questionable for the game due to the outbreak of the flu. This comes one week after a very impressive outing for the young signal-caller, as he threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns in a narrow loss to Ole Miss. Weigman was not expected to play as much entering the season but the recent struggles have resulted in the Aggies looking for any changes they can make.
