Texas A&M LB Ish Harris enters transfer portal

Texas A&M linebacker Ish Harris of Pilot Point (TX) announced Sunday afternoon that he would be entering the transfer portal. 

The 6-foot-3, 195 pounder sent a message to On3 regarding his entrance into the portal:

First and foremost I would like to give thanks to God for his infinite grace and blessings he has bestowed on my family and I. 

I would like to thank my family for their continuous support. A big thank you to my coaches, teammates and the entire staff at Texas A&M . 

Thank you to everyone that helped me through my journey. This was definitely an experience I will never forget. 

After much prayers and consideration with my family, I will be entering my name into the transfer portal on December 5. 

I look forward to competing academically and athletically elsewhere.

The Class of 2022 linebacker held a total of 18 offers coming out of high school including Oklahoma, Baylor, and more.

Harris ranked as the No. 382 player in the On3 Consensus He also tabbed in as the No. 40 linebacker and the No. 59 player in the state of Texas.
