Texas A&M defensive lineman Micheal Clemons flipped the AuburnTexas A&M game around tonight in a hurry. The game was mostly back and forth with field goals for much of the contest, but Clemons had a critical play that helped to put the game out of reach for the Aggies.

Texas A&M was up 9-3 in the 4th quarter, before the game-changing fumble return.

With 13:15 remaining in the game on 2nd and 10, Auburn quarterback Bo Nix rolled to his left, where he was pressured by Texas A&M defensive lineman Jayden Peevy. As Nix was going to the ground, he simply dropped the football at the 24 yard line.

Texas A&M defense continues to dominate

The Aggie defensive line has been ferocious all season long and that’s just a small sample of how much havoc they can cause in a game.

Texas A&M won the game 20-3, and it was in large part thanks to an incredible defensive effort.

The Aggies’ defense racked up four sacks, six tackles for loss, and forced two turnovers in the game.

Tyree Johnson

Texas A&M defensive end Tyree Johnson has been playing like a man on fire lately, racking up seven sacks in the last four games. He had two sacks in the game today against Auburn and forced a fumble from Bo Nix.

Simply put, Johnson has been a man on a mission. He’s been an unblockable force the past few months and he’s likely to skyrocket up 2022 NFL Draft boards.

The Aggies will face off against Ole Miss next Saturday. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM EST.
