Armani Winfield
Armani Winfield has committed to the Texas Longhorns.

On3 Consensus four-star wide receiver Armani Winfield (Lewisville, Texas) is staying home, once again.

The one-time Texas commitment committed and signed with the Baylor Bears over Texas on Signing day.

Armani Winfield, who is 6-foot-2 and 180-pounds, made official visits to Michigan State in June and Baylor last weekend. The Spartans and Bears appeared to be where the decision would come from Sunday. That was before Steve Sarkisian and staff spoke with the members of the circle of Winfield Monday morning. The decision then came down to Baylor or Texas.

The commitment of Armani Winfield is a key one for Bears in the 2022 cycle. The No. 224 ranked prospect in the On3 Consensus is the second wide receiver in the class.
