LOOK: Five-Star Plus+ Texas commit Arch Manning back in Austin
Texas is rolling out the red carpet for a handful of uncommitted prospects this weekend, and the Longhorns’ quarterback of the future is there to be the face of it. Five-Star Plus+ passer Arch Manning, who committed to Texas in June, is among the visitors in town for Texas’ BBQ/Pool Party event.
Manning, via his own commitment and his recruiting, has been an integral part in the Longhorns’ ascension up the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings over the past month.
Since his commitment on June 23, Texas has added more than a dozen commitments to its list, including five-star New Iberia (La.) safety Derek Williams, highly-ranked wide receiver Johntay Cook, and top-60 cornerback Malik Muhammad.
