One of the most interesting non-quarterback prospects in the 2023 NFL Draft is Texas Longhorns running back Bijan Robinson.

There is a lot of debate about how high a team should be willing or unwilling to draft a running back. Still, there are teams with a need at the spot and he was incredibly exciting and productive during his time at Texas.

Now, BetOnline has released odds for the NFL team that is going to draft Bijan Robinson, starting with the Dallas Cowboys who have 4/1 odds.

Here is the complete list of teams receiving odds to draft Bijan Robinson:

  • Dallas Cowboys, 4/1
  • Washington Commanders, 9/2
  • Los Angeles Chargers, 5/1
  • Philadelphia Eagles, 15/2
  • Atlanta Falcons, 8/1
  • Cincinnati Bengals, 8/1

The Cowboys obviously jump out with the best odds. It’s also always cool when a player stays local to where they played in college, letting fans easily follow them from one team to another.

College football analyst Joel Klatt, in particular, has been pushing the narrative that the Cowboys should draft Bijan Robinson.

“How do you return Dak to form without an offensive line that can just be leaned on in the running game? Well, give him more offensive threats,” explained Klatt. “Who’s a better offensive threat in the state of Texas than Bijan Robinson? Bijan to the Cowboys. I love this selection, right? Bijan Robinson is probably going to slide from where he should get drafted. But he’s one of the five best football players in the draft.”

At the same time, there are a lot of other interesting options there. That includes several teams who could make deep playoff runs early in his career, like Philadelphia and Cincinnati.

Mel Kiper on why Bijan Robinson could fall

There has been some discussion about Bijan Robinson possibly falling in the NFL Draft. It’s a fall that NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper explained.

“He got pushed down. I thought about putting him as early as No. 8 to Atlanta, 10 to Philly, 19 to Tampa, 21 to the Chargers, 26 to Dallas but here he is for the Buffalo Bills” Kiper said.

“They need something better than an average, so-so running back. They need a dynamic presence so Josh Allen doesn’t have to be superman for this Buffalo Bills offense. And they would finally have a guy in Bijan Robinson to finally take that pressure off of Josh Allen.”
