Texas extends offer to 2024 in-state athlete Derrick McFall

Texas offered Tyler (Texas) High sophomore athlete Derrick McFall on Thursday.
It is McFall’s first offer — but will not be his last.
For the Longhorns, it is only their 14th offer they have extended to player in the 2024 recruiting cycle.

On offense, McFall is a threat in both the run and pass game. He has 20 carries for 179 yards and 21 catches for 394 yards.
According to MaxPreps, he has only completed 3-of-4 passes with one passing touchdown.
This past week against McKinney (Texas) North, McFall put on a show for the fans in attendance. He returned a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown, has six rushes for 10 yards and five receptions for 60 yards.
