Texas freshman wide receiver Xavier Worthy has been everything the Longhorns have expected and more, and showed off his playmaking ability once again as Texas retook the lead 14-10, late in the first quarter.

The freshman from Fresno found himself wide open down the right sideline after shaking his man late in the first quarter on a slot fade and walked into the end zone untouched from 63-yards out.

The touchdown put Xavier Worthy at 605 receiving yards on the year to go with seven touchdowns in eight games.

After early interception from Baylor quarterback Gerry Bohanon, Texas quarterback Casey Thompson threw a 10-yard touchdown to give Texas the lead over Baylor less than three minutes in the game. Baylor quickly responded with a trick play touchdown to cap an 11 play, 75-yard drive and followed it up with a field goal to take its first lead of the game, 10-7.

After the Xavier Worthy touchdown, Texas leads Baylor 14-10 early in the second quarter.
