4-star RB L.J. Martin commits to Texas Tech
A loaded class of 2023 just got even better for Texas Tech.
Canutillo (Tex.) running back L.J. Martin announced his commitment to the Red Raiders Friday afternoon.
Martin is a four-star and No. 305 prospect in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the No. 19 running back and No. 51 player in the state of Texas.

Martin joins strong recruiting class
Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire is off to a fast start in 2023, reeling in more commitments than any other program in the country and putting a stamp on the state of Texas. Nineteen of 20 commits in the Red Raiders’ class hail from the state of Texas.
