Star transfer Fardaws Aimaq commits to Texas Tech
One of the top transferring big men, Fardaws Aimaq, has committed to Texas Tech, he tells On3.
The 6-foot-11, 245-pound center told On3 he chose the Red Raiders because of “Mark Adams and his ability to help me get to where I want to go. He truly believes in me and believes I am a lottery pick and just need to be on the stage to make that happen. His defense is unreal and will help me reach where I want to go as well.”
Speaking of defense, Aimaq is a two-time WAC Defensive Player of the Year, as well a two-time All-WAC selection.
