2024 OT Joshua Glanz decommits from UCLA
Chula Vista (Calif.) Eastlake three-star offensive tackle Joshua Glanz has decommitted from the UCLA Bruins.
Glanz originally pledged to the Bruins on January 29.
“I want to thank UCLA and the entire coaching staff for believing in me and granting me the opportunity to play football at the next level,” Glanz wrote on social media. “After careful consideration, my family and I have decided it’s in my best interest to decommit at this time. Please respect my decision and my recruitment is 100% open.”
Glanz is the nation’s No. 880 overall prospect in the 2024 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is the cycle’s No. 57 offensive tackle and No. 62 recruit from California.

He does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
UCLA’s 2024 recruiting class ranks well outside the top 25 and No. 13 in the new version of the Big Ten Conference. West Hills (Calif.) Sierra Canyon four-star wide receiver Kwazi Gilmer and Mission Viejo (Calif.) four-star offensive tackle Mark Schroller remain as the only blue-chip recruits pledged to the Bruins.
