UCLA Bruins forward Cody Riley makes a decision on his future

UCLA Bruins big man Cody Riley has elected to end his time in the program. The senior forward from Kansas City, KS, announced from his Instagram page that he will not be returning to UCLA next season. Riley was one of a select group of UCLA players who were on the fence about declaring for the 2022 NBA draft. However, the deadline to declare for the draft has come and gone, and the super senior did not enter his name for draft consideration.

Riley leaves UCLA after spending five years in the program; he redshirted for his freshman season. He leaves the Bruins with a career average of 7.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game. As for shooting, Riley shot 50.5 percent from the field, 28.6 from the three-point line, and 60.6 from the charity stripe. Next up for the soon-to-be sixth-year senior is to decide on where he will take his talents next. As of yet, no decision has been made, but On3 sports will be following Riley closely as he makes his decision.
