2023 offensive lineman Micah Banuelos commits to USC
Burien (Wash.) Kennedy Catholic offensive lineman Micah Banuelos has committed to USC, he announced Monday evening.
The 6-foot-3, 285-pounder chose the Ducks over Oregon and Texas A&M, his two other finalists.
Micah Banuelos ranks as the nation’s No. 642 prospect, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He’s also been tabbed as the No. 60 interior offensive lineman this cycle and the No. 7 player in Washington.

Banuelos is the 13th commit in the 2023 Trojans recruiting class, which ranks inside the top 10 of the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.
“It’s a new era at USC,” Banuelos told WeAreSC. “Coach (Lincoln) Riley has brought an SEC mentality and a new culture to USC. It’s a brotherhood at USC. I felt the brotherhood energy when I was there with all the current players and maybe soon to be players…the recruits.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $9.1k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
