4-star LB Jadon Perlotte flips commitment from Georgia to USC
Buford (Ga.) four-star linebacker Jadon Perlotte has flipped his commitment from Georgia to USC.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder was pledged to the in-state Bulldogs since Dec. 8, 2022, but is now set to head to Los Angeles.
Perlotte visited a number of other programs this spring and summer, but made a surprise trip to see the Trojans the weekend of July 27.

The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder is the nation’s No. 203 overall prospect, No. 21 linebacker and No. 27 recruit from Georgia in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking— a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Julian Lewis has been a longtime member of this USC recruiting class, having pledged to the Trojans last August. Right behind Lewis are three consecutive defensive prospects in San Clemente (Calif.) top-100 linebacker Matai Tagoa’i, Upland (Calif.) four-star cornerback Trestin Castro and Los Angeles Oaks Christian four-star EDGE Hayden Lowe.
Houston Dekaney four-star wide receiver Tanook Hines was previously the most recent commitment for USC, joining three-star offensive tackle Elijah Vaikona in the month of July.
