3-star safety Braylon Conley commits to USC Trojans
Humble (Texas) Atascocita three-star safety Braylon Conley has committed to the USC Trojans. He announced the news on Twitter.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder is the No. 512 overall prospect and No. 52 safety in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 90 player in Texas.
“Just the opportunity at USC as far as football and after football,” Conley told On3. “They have a great academic program there that’ll benefit me after I’m done playing football. USC is such a great academic university and I am always a student before athlete. I’m interested in engineering as of now.
“The coaching staff and the bond I have with the coaches is another big part of my interest in USC. I feel like it’s a great family environment and I get a long with the people well.“
Braylon Conley currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $29K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

USC closes out June with another recruiting win
Lincoln Riley and the Trojans had one of the best months of any other school when it came to recruiting in June.
Entering the month they held three pledges from four-star tight end Joey Olsen, four-star wide receiver Xavier Jordan and three-star running back Bryan Jackson.
As July is set to begin, USC now has 16 pledges following Conley’s commitment.
The highlight of the month includes pledges from four top-100 players. They are Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco cornerback Marcelles Williams, Long Beach (Calif.) Millikan wide receiver Ryan Pellum, Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra cornerback Dakoda Fields and Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Academy International interior offensive lineman Jason Zandamela.
USC’s 2024 recruiting class currently ranks as the No. 5 class in the country. It also ranks as the No. 2 class in the Big Ten trailing only Ohio State.
