Class of 2024 cornerback Isaiah Rubin of Los Alamitos (CA) High announced his commitment to USC Friday afternoon.

The 6-foot-1, 195 pounder chose the Trojans over Oregon, Utah, and Colorado.

“The relationship me and coach Donte had and with my family. Me and my dad grew up a usc fan and it was always one of my dreams to become a Trojan one day. It was always love with coach Donte since I got the offer, getting to know each other over the months, that’s what led me to commit to the Trojans.”

His relationship with the coaching staff and the opportunity to stay home played a role in his decision as well.

“USC plans to use me anywhere they need,” Rubin said. “I’d like to say I’m a versatile player on defense. It means everything to me and my family being able to go to school where they wanted to go and represent them.”
