Four-star offensive tackle Elijah Paige of Phoenix (AZ) Pinnacle High announced his commitment to USC Monday afternoon.

The 6-foot-7, 305 pounder was formerly committed to Notre Dame, before decommitting September 22. He chose the Trojans over UCLA, Michigan State, Ole Miss, and Arizona.

Paige on why he chose USC

“USC is a special place,” Paige said. “What they are doing on the field speaks for itself, but the culture that they are building over there is second to none. I see the vision that Coach Riley has and it’s something that I need to be a part of.”

Relationship with coaching staff stood out

“My relationship with the whole coaching staff is great,” Paige said. “This weekend I had the opportunity to sit down and talk to most of them.I have a great relationship with Coach Henson. He believes in me as much as I believe in myself and I love that . I also have a great relationship with Coach Riley. The last few days my family had a chance to get to know him, which was awesome.”
