4-star running back Quinten Joyner commits to USC

Manor (Texas) four-star running back Quinten Joyner has committed to USC, he announced Tuesday on Twitter.

Joyner is the No. 282 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 17 running back and the No. 46 junior in Texas.

The Industry Comparison shows On3 is a bit higher on Joyner than the rest of the four major recruiting sites. In the most recent On300 rankings, Joyner was tabbed as the country’s No. 239 prospect, No. 13 running back and No. 42 Texas prospect.

The 5-foot-10, 190-pounder chose the Trojans over offers offers from Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, Arkansas and more than a dozen others.

Quinten Joyner is USC’s fourth commitment in the 2023 cycle, joining Five-Star Plus+ quarterback Malachi Nelson, five-star receiver Zachariah Branch and four-star wideout Makai Lemon. The Trojans’ class currently ranks No. 1 nationally, according to the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.
