Lincoln Riley reveals his thoughts on Korey Foreman's game-sealing interception
USC met UCLA in a key late-season game. It had implications for both the PAC-12 Championship and the College Football Playoff while being one of the game’s traditional rivalries. The game itself was a back-and-forth shootout, where USC edge rusher Korey Foreman was able to seal the game for Lincoln Riley’s squad with an interception.
After the game, Lincoln Riley revealed his thoughts on that interception.
“It was really cool for him,” Lincoln Riley said. “You just never know when it’s gonna be your moment and he was ready.”

“Shane [Lee] made sure he had the call, and then yeah, he dropped back and made a great play on the ball. It wasn’t an easy play,” Lincoln Riley explained.
“Also excited for Korey. He’s worked hard behind the scenes and a great example of don’t worry about any outside expectations or what other people think. It doesn’t matter. You just keep working to improve and good things happen, and he’s done a good job of that.”
USC has one more regular season game, against rival Notre Dame. That will be played in Los Angeles and a win would go a long way toward helping the Trojans make a case for the College Football Playoff.

Caleb Williams on USC beating UCLA
USC quarterback Caleb Williams was excited after beating UCLA, praising his team’s effort and fight during the game.
“They had a lot to say, all week. We blocked it. They had a lot to say today. We blocked it out, we did our job. We fought. We kept fighting. We were down, we kept fighting. And that’s all it comes down to. I love this team, love these guys and would play with them any day,” Caleb Williams said.
“We always talk about it in the team room, of how we always got each other’s back. That’s the true brotherhood that we have. We pride ourselves in the unbreakable brotherhood and it showed today for sure.”
