USC trending for 2024 CB Isaiah Rubin
USC is trending for a local prospect in Los Alamitos (Calif.) three-star cornerback Isaiah Rubin, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
A pair of recent expert predictions were entered in favor of the Trojans by USC recruiting insider Scott Schrader and Oregon recruiting insider Justin Hopkins at 65% and 75% respectively.
USC currently holds a massive lead in the RPM with a 97.4% chance to land Rubin’s commitment.
Rubin will announce his commitment on October 20, choosing between USC, Oregon, Utah and Colorado. He received an offer from USC in late January earlier this year.
“It was just a big dream come true cause USC was always a place that I wanted to be,” Rubin told On3. “My pops is a big USC fan. That’s his favorite college. Me being able to get that offer means a lot to me.”

Rubin visited USC in late August, one of many trips he has taken to the Los Angeles campus. Oregons is another school that Rubin has visited multiple times, including a visit at the end of July during the brief respite from the summer recruiting dead period.
Rubin does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Rubin would bolster USC secondary class
Were he to pick the Trojans on October 20, Rubin would be the second cornerback to pledge to USC this cycle, joining Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco four-star Marcelles Williams. Committed elsewhere among the secondary are West Hills (Calif.) Sierra Canyon four-star safety Marquis Gallegos, Clearwater (Fla.) three-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr. and Humble (Texas) Atascocita three-star safety Braylon Conley.
