USF lands commitment, signature from in-state WR with multiple power conference offers
Alex Golesh and the USF Bulls have added a major commitment in their 2025 recruiting class. Cantonment (Fla.) Tate Senior wide receiver Christian Neptune officially picked the Bulls on National Signing Day.
USF badly wanted Neptune as a part of its 2025 class and was easily one of the Bulls’ top overall targets in the cycle. Neptune earned his offer from USF back in October 2023.
Neptune held several power conference offers, including Mississippi State, Minnesota, Stanford and Vanderbilt. With his offer list, the 5-11, 180-pounder is clearly an outstanding student, so it goes to show the academic prowess that USF has. This is a major recruiting win for the Bulls.
Neptune officially visited Stanford at the end of May and USF the weekend of June 21, and the Bulls took a strong lead for him following that trip. It took a long time for Neptune to finalize his decision, but it’s all the same to USF; the staff is fired up about this signing.
