Auburndale (Fla.) three-star safety Elijah Davis has committed to Utah, announcing the news on social media Wednesday.

The On3 Consensus – a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies – has Davis as the No. 919 overall player in the country.

The Utes are the No. 39 team in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.

Utah is on a little recruiting hot streak right now, earning commitments from three prospects over the last three days.

Then Bethany (Okla.) three-star cornerback Jocelyn Malaska flipped from Texas Tech to Utah.

The Utes now have 12 commits in their class, led by Salt Lake City (Utah) Brighton four-star linebacker Lander Barton and Clovis (Calif.) four-star quarterback Nate Johnson.
