Oklahoma State OL transfer Isaia Glass signs with Vanderbilt
Former Oklahoma State offensive lineman Isaia Glass will transfer to play for Vanderbilt next season, he announced Wednesday via X. He spent only one season with the Cowboys after beginning his career at Arizona State and will have one year of eligibility remaining.
Glass appeared in all 12 games for the Cowboys this past season with eight starts, rotating between left and right tackle. According to Pro Football Focus, Glass played 656 snaps for the Cowboys this past season, allowing two sacks and 11 hurries.
Prior to arriving at Oklahoma State, Glass started all 12 games for the Sun Devils during the 2022 season. He would ultimately play only three games the following year as he suffered an injury and took a redshirt.
Glass played high school football for Queen Creek (AZ), where he was a three-star prospect in the 2021 class. He ranked as the No. 830 overall player and No. 82 offensive tackle in the cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
This is a big pickup for the Commodores, as Glass will bring Power 4 starting experience to the team. Glass is the sixth player overall and the second offensive lineman along with Jordan White that they have added thus far.

Vanderbilt has also lost 13 players to the portal, but got big news Wednesday when it was announced that quarterback Diego Pavia was granted another year of eligibility. The Commodores finished 6-6 this past season and will look to keep improving as they enter their fifth season under coach Clark Lea.
The portal officially opened on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024. More than 2,800 FBS scholarship players entered their names into the NCAA’s transfer database during the 2023-24 school year. Removing those who withdrew or went pro, the final total sat at 2,707 transfers.
That means roughly 25 percent of all FBS scholarship players hit free agency in one year, per On3’s Pete Nakos.
