Vanderbilt offers 4-star defensive lineman Nathan Efobi

Vanderbilt has extended an offer to Cumming (Ga.) South Forsyth four-star defensive lineman Nathan Efobi.
Efobi is the No. 304 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
On3 rates Efobi much higher, putting him in the top 100 of the 2023 On300 ranking at No. 76. That makes him the 10th-best defensive lineman and seventh-best player in the state of Georgia.

Cedar Grove four-star cornerback Kayin Lee, Warner Robins (Ga.) four-star defensive lineman Vic Burley, Roswell (Ga.) Blessed Trinity Catholic four-star running back Justice Haynes and Macon (Ga.) Tattnall Square Academy four-star defensive lineman Zavion Hardy are the only players in the state of Georgia ranked ahead of him.
Denham Springs (La.) three-star quarterback Reese Mooney is the only Vanderbilt commit in the 2023 class.
