2023 cornerback Misun Kelley commits to Virginia Tech
Central (S.C.) D.W. Daniel cornerback Misun Kelley has committed to Virginia Tech, he announced Tuesday afternoon.
Kelley chose the Hokies over offers from Louisville, Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina and a host of others programs.
He is Virginia Tech’s 19th commitment in the 2023 cycle, joining a group that currently ranks No. 50 nationally in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.

As a junior last season, Kelley helped his squad to a 14-0 record and the South Carolina 3A state championship. He caught 54 passes for 726 yards and 10 touchdowns, while also notching 24 tackles, three TFLs, and one fumble recovery on defense.
Kelley is currently unranked by the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
