“First and foremost I would like to thank God for putting me in the position that I am in and all the blessings he has given me, and being able to play the game I love and enjoy it,” Terrell wrote in a statement published to Twitter. “And I would like to thank my mom for pushing me to be great everyday and pursuing my dreams, my friends for encouragement, youth coaches, trainers, mentors and high school coaches for supporting (and) pushing me and cheering me on and being a part of my life…”
“… WITH THAT BEING SAID I WILL BE COMMITTING TO WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY. GO DEACS.”
The Georgia native is now the fourth member of the Demon Deacons’ 2024 recruiting class. Hardy, Marietta (Ga.) Walton On3 three-star quarterback Jeremy Hecklinski and Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Central Catholic On3 three-star wide receiver Andy Jaffe are the others.
