Washington defensive back Dyson McCutcheon has withdrawn from the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned.

McCutcheon has spent the last three years with the Huskies, where he has played somewhat sparingly. He began to see more action in 2023, though, before he entered his name into the portal.

Now he’ll look to continue on at Washington under new head coach Jedd Fisch.

During his three-year career at Washington, McCutcheon has recorded five total tackles and one pass defended.

Prior to his arrival at Washington, Dyson McCutcheon was a three-star prospect and the No. 490 overall recruit in the 2021 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.

He also checked in as the No. 42 cornerback in the class and the No. 41 overall player from the state of California, hailing from La Puente (CA) Bishop Amat.
