Folsom (CA) High quarterback Austin Mack announced that he would be reclassifying to the 2023 class Saturday night.

The 6-foot-6, 215 pounder announced his commitment to Washington on February 1st, choosing the Huskies over Stanford, Oregon, and others.

Mack sent a statement to On3 regarding his reclassification:

I would like to thank Folsom High school and all of my coaches and teammates who trusted and helped me get where I am today.

After long talks with  family, friends, and other trusted resources, I have decided that I will be reclassifying into the class of 2023.

I will be enrolling into the University of Washington this Fall!

Respect My Decision

Mack currently ranks as the No. 499 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that accounts for all four major recruiting services. He also tabs in as the No. 33 quarterback and the No. 41 player in the state of California.
