2024 CB Keelan Flowe decommits from West Virginia Mountaineers
Charlotte (N.C.) Chambers three-star cornerback Keelan Flowe has announced that he has decommitted from the West Virginia Mountaineers.
Flowe initially pledged to the Mountaineers back in June. He released a statement about his decommitment on social media.
“First off I want to thank God for all He has done for me,” Flowe wrote. Without Him none of this would have been possible. Secondly, I would like to thank my mom, dad, family and supporters for always supporting me throughout all the challenging decisions I have had to make. Thirdly, I would like to thank the West Virginia family and fans for all of the love you have shown me throughout this process. This is bittersweet for me, due to all the relationships that have been developed. After talking to my parents and taking everything into consideration I have decided to decommit from the University of West Virginia. Recruitment 100% open.”

Flowe is the nation’s No. 1,421 overall prospect in the 2024 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is the cycle’s No. 151 cornerback and the No. 44 recruit from North Carolina.
The 6-foot-0, 163-pound Flowe does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
