3-star linebacker Josiah Trotter commits to West Virginia
Philadelphia St. Joseph’s Prep three-star linebacker Josiah Trotter has committed to West Virginia, he announced Friday on social media.
He chose the Mountaineers over Clemson, Penn State, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.
He is the No. 413 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
“I love the facilities there,” Josiah Trotter previous told BWI. “I thought they were really great, especially with their strength and conditioning. Their strength and conditioning coaches have been good, as well as just their defense and what they do on that side of the ball. They do a great job staying in contact, letting me know that I’m a high priority for them and their number one guy.”
