Four-star wide receiver Rodney Gallagher of Uniontown (Pa.) Laurel Highlands High has announced his commitment to West Virginia Wednesday afternoon.
The 5-foot-10, 165 pounder chose the Mountaineers over Penn State, Notre Dame, Pitt, and others.
West Virginia checked every box for Gallagher
“The fit was great at West Virginia,” Gallagher said. “Everything there was for me—the environment, the academics, and just the relationships I had with West Virginia.”
Relationship with coaching staff and plans for Gallagher
“The relationships have been great to me,” Gallagher said. “I’m closest to coach Wright and coach Brown on the staff. They plan on playing me in the slot to get me in space.”
