Idaho Vandals transfer wide receiver Mark Hamper is taking his talents to Madison, committing to join the Wisconsin Badgers via the NCAA Transfer Portal, he revealed via social media.

Hamper played high school football at West Linn (OR), where he was a three-star prospect. He was not ranked during the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He spent two seasons with the Vandals, but his breakout came in 2024. Hamper amassed 48 catches for 966 receiving yards and six touchdowns, and he’ll be looking to bring that same juice to the Badgers in 2025.

Edwards is heading to Wisconsin after announcing plans to enter the transfer portal in early December.

Edwards just finished his third season with the Terrapins and his fourth overall in college. He began his career at Wake Forest. After redshirting his lone season with the Demon Deacons, he has thrown for 3,317 yards, with 19 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in his collegiate career. He has also rushed for 377 yards and 13 scores.

This past season with the Terrapins, Edwards threw for 2,881 yards and 15 touchdowns, with 9 interceptions, in his first year as a starter.

Edwards, a native of Burke, Virginia, played high school football at Lake Braddock. He was the No. 1,497 overall recruit there as a three-star prospect in the 2021 cycle. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also rated as the No. 99 QB in his class and the No. 42 player out of his state.
