New Mexico State transfer DB Andre Seldon visiting Wisconsin
New Mexico State transfer defensive back Andre Seldon, Jr. is visiting Wisconsin, he announced on his Twitter page on Wednesday evening.
Seldon told On3 on he will visit Texas A&M from Jan. 5 to 7. That will come after he spends Jan. 3 to 5 at Wisconsin. In two seasons with the Aggies, the cornerback played in 28 games recording 96 total tackles, 13 pass breakups and two interceptions.
A team captain during his time at New Mexico State, the former four-star recruit transferred in after playing at Michigan. Now back on the transfer portal market, he’s also received interest from Florida. He recently told On3 he’s excited to get back on the “big stage” and prove his talent.
As for where he chooses to play out the rest of his college career, he’s identified what he is looking for in a program.
“The best fit for me comes to coming in playing and finding a coach that can develop me for the next level,” he said.

If you find yourself asking, ‘How can I track transfer portal activity?’ our well-established network of reporters and contacts across college athletics keeps you up to speed in several ways, from articles written about players as they enter and exit the transfer portal or find their new destination, to our social media channels, to the On3 Transfer Portal.
The transfer portal wire provides a real-time feed of player activity, including basic player profile information, transfer portal ranking and original On3 Industry recruiting ranking, as well as NIL valuation (name, image and likeness).
The On3 Transfer Portal Rankings allow for you to filter the On3 Industry Rankings to find the best of the best in the portal, starting with Overall Top Players.
