Wisconsin Badgers running back Braelon Allen has a NIL deal with Barstool Sports, the media company announced on Friday. Allen has some clothing available for sale online, with fans being able to buy a t-shirt, crewneck, and hoodie.

The design is a simple one, having Allen holding a football and running forward. His name is also visible, making for a clean design all around. Dan “Big Cat” Katz, who is a Wisconsin alum, helped promote the new merch via Twitter. There has been no official announcement from the running back himself yet.

A t-shirt will cost you $30, being the least expensive item available. Hoodies are the most expensive at $50, while the crewnecks are a touch below at $47.

According to the On3 NIL Valuation, Allen has a NIL valuation of $443,000, good enough to rank him No. 85 in the NIL 100. Compared to college football players, the Wisconsin running back is No. 71 overall and second on the Badgers.

On the field, Allen burst onto the scene as a true freshman. He rushed for over 1,200 yards on 186 carries, getting into the endzone 12 times. Allen scored multiple touchdowns in three games, having three against both Nebraska and Northwestern, and then two vs. Purdue.

Allen was considered the top player coming out of Wisconsin as a recruit. The On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting services, had him as the No. 20 running back in the 2021 class and No. 139 overall.

If Allen continues to play that well during his sophomore campaign, the NIL deals will continue to roll in for the running back. With Barstool, it’s a simple merchandise partnership for Allen, only having three items. How much money or how the deal works are unknown at this time.
