Wisconsin is trending to land one of its top targets this cycle, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).

In February, Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township four-star athlete Cameron Miller shrunk his list of top schools down to five. The Badgers made the cut, and after a pair of predictions from On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong and Penn State insider Ryan Snyder, Luke Fickell’s program now looks to be in front for the 5-foot-10, 155-pounder.

Kentucky, Michigan, Rutgers and Syracuse also made Miller’s top five, but the quartet of programs look to be chasing the Badgers entering the summer. Miller has locked in official visits to Wisconsin (May 31), Rutgers (June 7) and Kentucky (June 14) thus far.

Miller, who can play on both sides of the ball, told KSR+ earlier this spring that he was eyeing a July 4 commitment.

“I’m just getting out to these places some more, seeing everything,” Miller said. “I just want to make sure that I’m making the right decision and the best decision for me. I honestly want to continue to build connections with the coaches and see everything I need to see.”

In 34 games across three seasons, Miller has stuffed the stat sheet on offense and defense, catching over 100 passes for over 2,000 yards while collecting three interceptions and nearly 100 total tackles. He broke out as a junior last season, hauling in 57 receptions for 1,334 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also tallied 34 tackles, two interceptions and a pair of pass deflections.

Miller is the No. 358 overall prospect and No. 15 athlete in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 13 player in New Jersey.

Badgers hunting for top-25 recruiting class

Wisconsin added a commitment from Monticello (Minn.) Senior three-star ATH Luke Emmerich earlier this month, giving the Big Ten program 10 pledges in total. The class currently ranks No. 28 in the nation and No. 6 in-conference, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

Dexter (Mich.) three-star offensive tackle Cam Clark became the second offensive tackle to join the class at the end of April, following Wautoma (Wisc.) four-star Michael Roeske, a top-30 player at the position who pledged back in November.

Roeske is the second highest-ranked commit in the class, behind Cincinnati Mt. Healthy four-star cornerback Jaimier Scott, a top-200 prospect in the updated 2025 On300. Five of the six top commits in the class are on the defensive side of the ball.

Fredericksburg (Va.) St. Michael three-star safety Remington Moss flanks Scott in the secondary. Trenton (N.J.) Lawrenceville three-star EDGE Samuel Lateju is a top-25 player in the Garden State, while Franklin (Tenn.) Fred J Page three-star LB Brenden Anes and Germantown (Wisc.) three-star LB Cooper Catalano bolster the class.

Neenah (Wisc.) running back Grant Dean joined the fold on April 17. Rockwall (Texas) three-star quarterback Landyn Locke rounds things out as the No. 60 signal-caller in the cycle.
