Wisconsin offers 2024 4-star ATH Chalil Cummings

Starke (Fla.) Bradford four-star athlete Chalil Cummings received an offer from Wisconsin on Wednesday. He announced the news over social media.

Cummings is the No. 469 overall prospect and No. 41 athlete in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also a three-star recruit and the No. 69 player in Florida.

On3 rates Cummings higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is a four-star recruit, the No. 176 overall prospect, No. 14 athlete and No. 21 player in Florida.

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound recruit holds 12 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, South Carolina has a close lead for his commitment at 13.1%.

The Badgers have two commitments in their 2024 recruiting class. They are The Woodlands (Texas) four-star quarterback Mabrey Mettauer and Hazel Crest (Ill.) Marian Catholic wide receiver Austin Alexander.

Cummings has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
