Amare Adams Scouting Summary
2/04/25Gifted defensive lineman with the physical tools to develop into a top player along the interior. Measured at a shade under 6-foot-4, 315 pounds with arms over 34 inches as a senior. One of the more physically-impressive prospects along the defensive line in the 2025 cycle with his size, length, and solid weight distribution. Naturally athletic. Moves very well for his size. Not labored as a mover and shows the ability to drop his pad level and play with strong leverage. Strong, showing the ability to walk offensive linemen back to the quarterback. Looked like one of the top defensive linemen on hand at the Navy All-American Bowl after his senior season. Played for one of the top high school teams in South Carolina. Registered 13 tackles for loss and six sacks in 15 games as a senior. Also a productive basketball player. Often double-teamed but his production was below average for a true top-defensive-line prospect. Can improve the consistency of his first-step quickness. Has the upside to become one of the top defensive linemen from the cycle with improved play on a snap-to-snap basis.
