Scouting Journals for Assane Diop

Assane Diop has good size with great length. He is a fluid athlete which leads to intriguing on the defensive side. Diop is a solid athlete, maybe the necessary added strength would provide more pop. Diop has ball skills to push the break and he has touch to knock down threes off the catch. He has a lot of tools, and when it comes together it is very interesting, and productive. However, at this point it does not consistently come together. There is upside here with some attainable ceiling left to cover.
