Personal Life
Chance Nolan was an On3 Consensus three-star prospect coming out of Menifee (California) Paloma Valley in the 2018 recruiting class. He started at Saddleback (California) Junior College, where he passed for 3,300 yards and 38 touchdowns and rushed for 1,069 yards in 2019. He then signed with Oregon State, where he played in four games in 2020. In 2021 as a redshirt sophomore, Nolan played started in 12 games and was an honorable mention All-Pac-12 pick. He threw for 19 touchdowns and 2,677 yards that season. Nolan was off to a good start in 2022 before suffering a neck injury in October. He still was able to throw for 939 yards and seven touchdowns for the Beavers. After the 2022 season, Nolan entered the Transfer Portal.
