Charles Cross

Charles Cross was a five-star commit coming out of Laurel, Miss., and proved it very early on at Mississippi State. “To be honest with you guys, I don’t think I’ve ever been around a true freshman with his ability, along with his mental capacity,” former Mississippi State offensive line coach Marcus Johnson said. He played in all three games in 2019 and redshirted the season. He then started at left tackle in 2020 and earned freshman All-SEC honors from the coaches. Cross is the son of Owedia and Mitchell Cross Sr. He has two older siblings. Cross is majoring in business administration at Mississippi State.
