Chris Braswell ranked as one of the top 15 recruits in the country coming out of Baltimore's St. Francis Academy in the Class of 2020. The Under-Armour All-American, redshirted in 2020 and accumulated 13 tackles in 2021. He went on to play in all 13 games of 2022, totaling 20 tackles and four tackles for a loss and 2 ½ sacks. Braswell earned second-team All-SEC honors in 2023 from the Associated Press after forcing a team-high three fumbles and rank fourth in the league with sacks. “Bras is a really good competitor, a hard worker,” Bama coach Nick Saban said.
