Chris Marshall
Boise State
As a Recruit
Personal Life
Chris Marshall initially thought his future would be on a basketball court. A talented basketball player who participated in AAU tournaments across the country, Marshall made a firm commitment to football as a high school junior and hasn't looked back. After a strong junior season on the gridiron for one of Greater Houston's best programs, Marshall gained notoriety as one of the state's very best wide receiver recruits, combining his natural pass-catching ability with excellent athleticism and a catch radius few can match. He was an On3 Consensus five-star recruit and one of the top 25 prospects in the country. He selected Texas A&M over a host of national programs. Marshall appeared in just six games in his one season in College Station. Marshall was suspended mid-season along with three other members of the team after violating team rules. The suspension was indefinite, per Jimbo Fisher. After the 2022 season, Marshall entered the Transfer Portal. Marshall’s father is Marshall, and his mother is Dana Rowe. Both attended North Texas. His siblings are Mike and Imani.
