Chris Nwuli has a very athletic frame. He has long arms and wide-set shoulders that should easily put on good weight as he continues to get older. Nwuli is very athletic. He plays with a good motor and a lot of explosive pop. Nwuli is a high-upside defender. At around 6-6/6-7, he is capable of sliding his feet with wings and switching down to guard the block on fours. He has natural timing both as a weak side shot blocker and in the passing lanes. Offensively, he does most of his work close to the basket. He is at his best in transition, playing out of the dunker spots or when he is cutting toward the basket. He will need to continue developing his handle as he is not able to self-create ant this point. He will also need to extend his shooting range, as everything he does on offensive is ten feet and in. Right now, his value comes in the intangibles and the providing tough guy stats. WIth a January 2007 birthday, there is time to continue growing. There is no doubting his athleticism and the effect that has on a game.
