Ernest Willor started at Baltimore Gilman High School, where he racked up 48.5 tackles, 17 tackles for a loss, 10 sacks and three forced fumbles in 2021. He transferred to football powerhouse program IMG Academy before the start of his junior season. At IMG in 2022, Willor was part of a defense that forced 30 turnovers and gave up just three points per game.
