Recruiting Class of 2024
As a College Recruit
Coordinated offensive tackle with a developmental frame and encouraging functional movement skills. Measured at around 6-foot-6, 290 pounds with 32.5-inch arms prior to his senior season. Has continually added mass over the course of his high school career. Originally was more of a defensive lineman, but has filled out and become a clear offensive tackle prospect. Lines up at left tackle for his high school. Shows good reactive quickness and lateral agility within his pass set. Has the foot quickness to mirror and stay with pass rushers. Also shows some physicality as a run blocker. A smooth, fluid mover when working to the second level. Plays with good balance and stays low when blocking shorter defensive linemen. Works to finish blocks and shows some pop in his hands. Also flashes his functional athleticism while playing defensive line. Plays basketball and throws the shot put in track and field. Lacks high-end length relative to other blue-chip offensive tackles and most high draft picks at the position. Will need to make an adjustment to the competition level and continue adding strength once in a college program.
