Scouting Journals for Jayden Williams

Jayden Williams's length and athleticism makes him very intriguing right off the bat. He has great timing as a shot-blocker and he is an instinctive rebounder, in and out of his area. Offensively, he is fluid in his movements and he shows touch from the free-throw line and has a consistent release. Around the basket, he plays above the rim. He needs to continue gaining strength and would like to see him gain a go-to move with his back to the basket. He can face the basket and put it on the floor, and this is a developing piece to his game we think will be a threat in the future. There is a lot of current production, but also a lot of upside still to attain.
