Personal Life
Jazzy Davidson left an unmistakable mark on basketball in the Pacific Northwest. After her junior season in high school at Clackamas, Davidson had already been named a three-time Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year and helped her team win the Class 6A state championship and three straight Mt. Hood Conference titles. She’s been the all-state player of the year and will graduate as one of the state's all-time leading scorers. “She’s used some of her limelight to help others and inspire kids,” Clackamas coach Korey Landolt told The Oregonian. “She’s really involved with some of the kids that show up to some of our games. They just love her, and they want her autograph or pictures with her. She’s like a little Clackamas celebrity for sure. She’s got long limbs. The left-handed novelty is really nice, too, for her. But more importantly, what she does with what she’s been given is above and beyond.” Davidson helped the USA Basketball Women’s U18 National Team bring home the 2024 FIBA AmeriCup championship by averaging 11.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.7 steals and 1.3 blocks. “She can still be productive as a passer and with counter moves," Landolt said. "She’s spent a lot of time on those with trainers and different people that know the game really well and try to make her less predictable.”
