Jermaine Burton

Jermaine Burton was an On3 Consensus four-star recruit coming out of Calabasas (California) High School in the 2020 recruiting class. He originally signed with Georgia, and as a true freshman played in 10 games and scored three touchdowns for the Bulldogs. As a sophomore in 2021, Burton played in 12 games, tallying five touchdowns, 497 yards and 26 receptions for UGA. He entered the Transfer Portal after 2021 and surprised many when he picked rival Alabama. Burton became a staple for the Crimson Tide in the 2022 season. But he also generated headlines again after video surfaced that appeared to show him strike a woman who stormed the field when Tennessee beat the Crimson Tide at Neyland Stadium.
