As a College Recruit

Dominant edge defender who lines up in a 4-point stance off the edge on defense and is also the team's starting left tackle on offense. Stands in at just a hair under 6-foot-4, 235 pounds. Explosive and plays with excellent pad level bursting off the ball. Jumped an 8-foot-11 broad jump with a 30-inch vertical and ran an electronically-timed 4.79 40-yard dash during the summer camp circuit prior to his senior season. Phenomenal overall athlete with tremendous change of direction for his size. Shows solid power at the point of attack. Will need to gain functional strength in order to excel at the next level. Threw 137 feet in the discus during his junior track and field season. Underdeveloped physically and has room to fill out. Going to turn into a physical freak. Immense NFL upside. Needs to maintain movement skills with added mass. Impressive basketball player as well.

Kevyian Huddleston rises into On300

Charles Power

Keviyan Huddleston moves into the On300 after showcasing some unique length and athleticism on the college camp circuit. The Tyler (Texas) Chapel Hill pass rusher checked in at around 6-foot-4, 235 pounds with arms over 34.5 inches. Huddleston was also clocked in the 4.7 range over the summer. You can see the athleticism on his junior video. The East Texas product is a twitchy athlete who makes some impressive plays as a pass rusher and pursuit defender. He played both ways for Chapel Hill as a junior, also working at offensive tackle. We could see a spike in his play once focusing on one side of the ball. With that said, the physical and athletic upside appears to be considerable and was deserving of a bump to four-star status, in our opinion.
